Amid the raging Presidential campaign in France, how about building a giant screen displaying the total national debt and the per capita amount ? One addition to the New York City idea would be to indicate how it would move with Sarko's and Sego's hot promises !
Methink they will soon have to add a couple extra digits into that clock ;-).
